Guests book the suite for nights. Our check-in time is 4:00 p.m. and check-out time is 11:00 a.m. coudl be If not specified otherwise during reservation, it is assumed that the suite is booked for one night only. Any requests to extend the stay beyond the period specified on the date of arrival may be made through the Front Desk by 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure, and are subject to determination based on hotel occupancy.
Late check-out after 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure, without notifying the Front Desk, will incur an extra night’s charge. Extension of stay will be provided on current room rates.
Guests may not sublet the suite to a third party, even if their period of reservation has not expired.
Non-registered visitors may stay in the suite between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. Any presence of a non-registered visitor in the suite after 10:00 p.m. is tantamount to the Guest’s consent to accommodate the non-registered visitor at full price, based on current room rates.
The Front Desk will refuse to accommodate an additional person if it exceeds the suite capacity.
Guests are kindly asked to respect the ‘quiet time’ from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. For the comfort of all our guests, we request that noise is kept to a minimum so that everyone can enjoy a peaceful and comfortable stay. In the case of persistent or particularly disturbing non-compliance with this rule, the Guest may be refused further service with immediate effect. In such a situation, the Guest is not entitled to a refund for the remainder of the stay.
If the Guest’s inappropriate behaviour results in the need to call the security guards, the Guest will be charged for the cost of such an interven-tion.
Guests are required to put down a deposit for their stay prior to arrival (up to 3 working days from the booking date), the outstanding payment for the stay is due no later than on the day of departure, or up to 7 days in case of transfer payment.Guest have to pay city tax.
Valid photo identification (ID) must be presented during check-in.
In the case of guests whose nationality is other than Polish, the Front Desk has the right to make a copy of an ID.
AHG provides services in accordance with its best standards. In the event of reservations regarding the quality of our service, the Guest is kindly asked to report them through the Front Desk. AHG feels an obligation to ensure that all guests can enjoy a comfortable and safe stay, including the protection of guests' personal data.
AHG is also obliged to provide professional service in all its services as well as housekeeping and perform necessary repairs as agreed with the Guest.
Guests will be liable for any damage caused (including those by third parties visiting the suite) to the suite and contents during the stay dates. By failure to report any objections to the technical condition of the suite, the Guest admits that the suite was free of any technical faults at check-in.
Should any faults which cannot be removed occur, AHG will do its best to relocate the Guest, if available, or otherwise mitigate the inconven-ience.
The Front Desk should be informed about any damage noticed by the Guest immediately. However, AHG takes limited responsibility for any personal possessions, securities, valuables or items of scientific or artistic value that are damaged, lost, stolen or misplaced whilst on the prem-ises, if these items are not delivered for safekeeping to the deposit at the Front Desk.
Upon request, the Front Desk provides free of charge the following services: providing information related to the stay and travel, wake-up calls at the appointed hour, luggage storage. AHG may refuse to store luggage at times other than the date of the Guest's stay and items that do not have the characteristics of personal luggage.
AHG does not accept any responsibility for damage to or theft of the vehicle left by the Guest on the parking lot.
In the case of items left by the Guest in the suite upon departure, they will be returned to the given address at the Guest’s expense. In the absence of address or in case of failure to collect the items in person within 30 days from the date of departure, they will be expropriated.
AHG does not accept any responsibility for items left in the Laundry, and Recreational Equipment Storage.
All suites and common areas, except for designated zones, are non-smoking. Violation of this rule may result in refusal to provide further services with immediate effect and a PLN1500 cleaning fee will be billed to the Guest’s account. In addition, due to fire protection require-ments it is not allowed to use in the suite any objects and devices that could create a fire hazard. At the same time, it is prohibited to bring to the suite any flammable materials, explosives and materials with an unpleasant odour.
When using the offer other than accommodation, the Guest is obliged to inform the Front Desk and make the payment. In case of failure to inform, the Guest authorises AHG to bill the Guest’s account.
If the Guest loses the keycard to the suite/SPA, a PLN150 fee will be billed to the Guest’s account.
Early departure for reasons beyond the control of AHG does not entitle the Guest to request reimbursement of unused service.
It is not allowed to bring skis and ski boots onto the premises.
Playground access for the kids only with keeper adult.
Using SPA area is equivalent with accept SPA rules.

Epidemiological Inspectorate advisory in respect of using SPA zone:
guest knowing all the ensuing risks of using the SPA zone for his own responsibility,
guests, who are in the group of high risk of infection, e.g. guests above 65 years old, are not allowed to use the SPA zone,
not using the swimming pool in case of any symptoms, e.g. feeling under the weather, higher temperature,
constantly keeping safe distance, as in 2 meters, from other guests in the whole building, not only in the SPA zone,
covering mouth and nose by elbow in case of sneezing or coughing,
other important bans or restrictions being in force in the whole building, which are instituted because of pandemic,
in the SPA zone can be maximum 20 guests,
in the changing room and beach chair area can be maximum 4 guests,
in the dry sauna can be maximum 2 guests (only a partner or a relative),
in the steamed sauna can be maximum 2 guests (only a partner or a relative),
in the salt cave can be maximum 2 guests (only a partner or a relative),
in the swimming pool can be maximum 10 guests with keeping required 2 meters from each other,
it is required avoiding edge of the swimming pool, where water is splashing,
it is banned to organize group activities,
swimming pool's operator is informing, that all needed precautions were taken, according to the Government's directives, in oder to prepare and secure the SPA zone for all guests and SPA staff. Also, informing that he is not responsible for a case of veryfing infection of COVID-19.
